Adebowale Osholonge

Adebowale is a Senior Associate at Hybrid. He is a seasoned advocate and a chartered tax practitioner. He was, prior to joining the firm, a director in the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service. He presently specializes on taxation and routinely works on tax related advisory services and commercial disputes. Adebowale has extensive experience in taxation of foreign companies and expatriates, Petroleum Profit Taxation and Companies Income Taxation.
